Frequently
asked

Do I need a company in the EU?

Not always. To present your brand to buyers, no. To sell, you need an importer or your own structure. We recommend the simplest model for your volume.

How long does it take?

About 6 months for a complete structure, in the Settle stage. Some product formalities, such as those for cosmetics, are prepared in parallel.

Who signs the legal documents?

Lawyers and licensed professionals, named in your contract. We coordinate and keep you informed in your language.

Does my product need to change?

Sometimes: a label, a formulation, a pack. The assessment tells you exactly what to adapt, before producing for Europe.

General information as at September 2026. This does not constitute legal advice: the exact obligations depend on your product and are confirmed by our lawyers.
