Cookie
policy
Which cookies we use and how to accept, reject or change your choice.
This policy explains which cookies and storage technologies the website plus-ultra.group uses, for what purpose, and how you can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time. It has been drawn up in accordance with Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Guide on the use of cookies (Guía sobre el uso de las cookies) published by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website places on your device when you visit it. This policy also applies to equivalent technologies, such as the browser's local storage ("localStorage") and session storage ("sessionStorage"), which the Site uses instead of cookies for its technical operation.
2. Our approach
- We use the bare minimum: no advertising cookies, no social media cookies and no cross-site tracking.
- No analytics cookie is set before you accept it.
- Accepting and rejecting are equally easy, on the first screen and with no impact on how the Site works.
- You can change your choice at any time.
3. Types of cookies
3.1. By purpose
- Technical or strictly necessary: these enable the Site to function and the requested service to be provided. They are exempt from consent (Article 22.2 LSSI-CE).
- Analytics or measurement: these allow us to understand, on an aggregated basis, how the Site is used in order to improve it. They require your consent.
3.2. By owner
- First-party: managed by + ULTRA.
- Third-party: managed by a third party that processes the data obtained (in our case, Google, only if you accept analytics).
3.3. By duration
- Session: deleted when you close the browser.
- Persistent: remain for a set period or until you delete them.
4. Cookies and storage used on the Site
4.1. Technical (always active)
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| pu_consent, pu_consent_at | + ULTRA | Store your choice regarding analytics cookies and the date of that choice | Local storage | 24 months; you are then asked again |
| pu_lang | + ULTRA | Remember the language you selected | Local storage | Until you delete it |
| pu_landing | + ULTRA | Remember the landing page in order to process your request | Session storage | Session |
| pu_utm | + ULTRA | Retain the source of the visit (campaign parameters) for the duration of the session | Session storage | Session |
| pu_last_form | + ULTRA | Display the appropriate confirmation message after a form is submitted | Session storage | Session |
4.2. Analytics (only if you accept them)
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) | Distinguish visitors anonymously in order to produce aggregated statistics | Third-party cookie, persistent | 2 years |
| _ga_[ID] | Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4) | Maintain the state of the analytics session | Third-party cookie, persistent | 2 years |
Analytics is configured with IP address anonymisation. The data obtained are used exclusively to produce statistics on the use of the Site (pages viewed, length of visits, country, device type) and are not combined with other data to identify you. Further information: Google's privacy policy.
5. Consent
5.1. On your first visit, a panel allows you to accept or reject analytics cookies, using two buttons of equal prominence. Until you make a choice, only technical storage is active.
5.2. Your decision is recorded in the technical storage item pu_consent, together with its date, so that you are not asked again on every visit. We will ask you for your choice again after no more than 24 months, or sooner if the cookies used change.
5.3. Rejecting analytics cookies does not in any way restrict access to the Site or its features.
6. How to change or withdraw your consent
6.1. From the Site: use the "Cookie preferences" button, available at the foot of every page and following this policy.
6.2. From your browser: you can block or delete cookies and website data. Instructions can be found in each browser's help section:
- Google Chrome: Settings · Privacy and security · Third-party cookies;
- Safari: Settings · Privacy · Manage Website Data;
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings · Privacy & Security · Cookies and Site Data;
- Microsoft Edge: Settings · Cookies and site permissions.
If you delete the technical storage, the Site will ask you for your preferences again.
7. International transfers
If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process the data obtained in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the subject of an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.
8. Updates to this policy
We will update this policy if we introduce new cookies or tools, or if the regulations change. Any new cookie requiring consent will be presented to you before it is set.
